These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Straight Arrow Outdoors LLC website and purchases of products or services from Straight Arrow Outdoors LLC ("Straight Arrow Outdoors," "we," "us," or "our").
 

By purchasing products or services from Straight Arrow Outdoors, placing a deposit, or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms.
 

1. Independent Dealer and Reseller

Straight Arrow Outdoors LLC is an independent dealer and reseller of outdoor, hunting, recreational, and related products manufactured by third parties.
 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Straight Arrow Outdoors is not the manufacturer of the products it sells.
 

Manufacturer names, product names, logos, trademarks, photographs, descriptions, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners and may be used for identification, informational, and authorized marketing or resale purposes.
 

Nothing on our website should be interpreted as ownership by Straight Arrow Outdoors of a third party's trademarks or other intellectual property.
 

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, features, and other information.
 

However, manufacturers may change products, specifications, features, components, materials, colors, dimensions, packaging, availability, or designs without notice.
 

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the product received. Actual colors and appearance may also vary due to manufacturing differences, lighting, photography, displays, and device settings.
 

Manufacturer specifications and information are subject to change.
 

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.
 

Quotes are valid only for the period stated on the quote, if applicable.
 

Straight Arrow Outdoors reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, calculation, description, or other inadvertent errors.
 

The appearance of an incorrect price on our website, advertisement, quote, invoice, or other material does not require Straight Arrow Outdoors to complete a transaction at an obviously erroneous price where correction is permitted by applicable law.
 

Applicable taxes, delivery, installation, shipping, handling, or other agreed charges may be added to the product price.
 

4. Product Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed.
 

Inventory may change quickly, and a product shown on our website may be sold, unavailable, backordered, changed, or discontinued.
 

Customers are encouraged to contact Straight Arrow Outdoors to confirm current inventory, pricing, and availability before traveling to a stocking or pickup location.
 

5. Orders and Deposits

Straight Arrow Outdoors may require a deposit to reserve merchandise, order products, schedule delivery or installation, or otherwise commit inventory or resources to a transaction.
 

Unless otherwise agreed by Straight Arrow Outdoors in writing before payment, deposits are non-refundable.
 

Payment of a deposit constitutes the customer's commitment to the transaction, subject to applicable law.
 

If Straight Arrow Outdoors is unable to fulfill the transaction for reasons attributable to Straight Arrow Outdoors, we will address the deposit as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
 

6. Payment

We may accept payment by cash, check, credit card, debit card, or other methods approved by Straight Arrow Outdoors.
 

Payment terms may vary depending on the transaction.
 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, amounts due must be paid before or at the time the customer takes possession of the product or upon completion of the applicable delivery or installation service.
 

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Straight Arrow Outdoors generally does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds after a sale has been completed, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by Straight Arrow Outdoors in writing.
 

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product, model, size, features, specifications, and other relevant characteristics meet their needs before completing the purchase.
 

Product defects or warranty concerns are handled in accordance with the applicable manufacturer's warranty, as further described below.
 

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Products sold by Straight Arrow Outdoors may be covered by warranties offered by their respective manufacturers.
 

Straight Arrow Outdoors does not provide or extend the manufacturer's warranty and does not independently warrant manufacturer workmanship, materials, or manufacturing defects, except to the extent a warranty or obligation cannot legally be excluded or disclaimed.
 

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, remedies, procedures, and eligibility are determined by the applicable manufacturer and its warranty terms.
 

Straight Arrow Outdoors may, at its discretion, assist customers with manufacturer warranty information or communications. Such assistance does not make Straight Arrow Outdoors responsible for the manufacturer's warranty obligations or decisions.
 

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
 

9. Pickup

Customers may arrange to pick up products from locations designated by Straight Arrow Outdoors.

Customers are responsible for arriving with a vehicle, trailer, tie-down equipment, and other equipment appropriate for safely transporting their purchase unless other arrangements have been expressly made.
 

Once a customer takes possession of a product, the customer assumes responsibility for its safe transportation, use, storage, and handling, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
 

10. Delivery and Installation

Straight Arrow Outdoors may provide delivery, placement, setup, or installation services for certain products.
 

Delivery and installation charges may be based on mileage, distance, product type, site conditions, equipment requirements, labor, or other factors and will be communicated to the customer as part of the transaction.
 

Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, product availability, scheduling, equipment, site conditions, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
 

11. Customer Responsibility for Site Access

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery or installation site is safe, lawful, reasonably accessible, and suitable for the product and equipment required to complete the delivery or installation.
 

This includes, as applicable:

• Adequate road and driveway access

• Adequate road, bridge, culvert, and surface capacity

• Sufficient gate and entrance width

• Adequate overhead and side clearance

• Safe terrain and ground conditions

• Adequate turning and maneuvering space

• Removal or identification of obstacles

• Permission to access the property

• Identification of relevant property boundaries

• Identification of underground or overhead utilities and other hazards
   

Straight Arrow Outdoors may decline, postpone, or discontinue a delivery or installation if we reasonably determine that conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable, or could reasonably cause injury or property/equipment damage.
 

Additional trips, mileage, equipment, labor, or other costs resulting from inadequate access, inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or a customer's requested change may result in additional charges.
 

12. Product Placement

The customer is responsible for selecting and approving the final location where a product will be placed or installed.
 

Straight Arrow Outdoors does not warrant that a customer-selected location is suitable for hunting success, land management, drainage, soil stability, zoning, permitting, property boundaries, or any particular purpose unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
 

The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permissions, permits, approvals, or authorizations associated with placement or use of the product.
 

13. Hunting Results

Outdoor and hunting products are tools and equipment. Numerous factors outside the control of Straight Arrow Outdoors affect hunting and outdoor results.
 

Straight Arrow Outdoors makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that purchasing, placing, installing, or using any product will result in hunting success, wildlife activity, harvest of an animal, or any other particular outcome.
 

14. Safe Use of Products

Customers are responsible for reading and following manufacturer instructions, warnings, safety information, maintenance requirements, weight limits, installation instructions, and other product documentation.
 

Products should only be used for their intended purposes and in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions and laws.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Straight Arrow Outdoors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, misuse, transportation, installation, or performance of a product or service.

Straight Arrow Outdoors is not responsible for manufacturing defects, manufacturer design decisions, manufacturer warranty determinations, or manufacturer changes or discontinuations, except to the extent responsibility is imposed on Straight Arrow Outdoors by applicable law.
 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights to the extent such liability or rights cannot legally be excluded or limited.
 

16. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Straight Arrow Outdoors will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, transportation disruptions, supplier or manufacturer delays, shortages, labor disruptions, governmental actions, utility or communications outages, civil disturbances, acts of war, or similar events.
 

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and resume performance when reasonably practicable.
 

17. Website Use

The Straight Arrow Outdoors website is provided for informational and commercial purposes.

Users may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, copy protected content without authorization, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
 

18. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party manufacturer materials and trademarks, website content created or owned by Straight Arrow Outdoors—including original text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Straight Arrow Outdoors and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except as allowed by law.

Our website may contain links to manufacturer websites, social media platforms, payment providers, or other third-party services.
 

Straight Arrow Outdoors is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, policies, or services of third-party websites.

Straight Arrow Outdoors may update these Terms periodically.
 

Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms except as otherwise permitted by law. The version applicable to a completed transaction will generally be the version in effect when the transaction was entered into, together with any transaction-specific written terms.
